Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training

OVERVIEW
This is a VIRTUAL program. The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule is the first federally regulated standard for growing, harvesting, packing, and holding fresh produce in an effort to reduce microbial contamination and foodborne illness outbreaks. If you grow fruits or vegetables, attend a training for information about best practices, and regulatory requirements.

***must attend both half-days of instruction for certificate***
Cost
$50 dollars for VA & TN and $150 for all other states
