Work Experience

Joyce's qualifications include a combination of more than 25 years of professional service for local, state and federal agencies excelling in all aspects of leadership, technical applications, organizing, implementation of agency mission/services, facility management, personnel management and administration and community relations.

Before coming to Accomack County 4-H, Joyce worked with youth and families. She was employed in several positions in the East Coast Migrant Head Start Program to include Center Director for 16 years. Since then, Joyce has worked as a substitute teacher for Accomack County Public Schools and with Youth and Family Advocacy as the Eastern Shore Site Manager.
